Diamonds, gifts, and Boost packs are virtual items available inside the Service. This policy describes how they work.
1. Diamonds
- 1 THB = 1 Diamond.
- Diamonds are added to your account immediately after a successful payment.
- Diamonds have no monetary value outside the Service and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Diamonds are non-transferable between accounts.
2. Gifts
- Gifts are sent using Diamonds. A sent gift cannot be recalled.
- Recipients may receive a share of the gift value as Earnings, subject to platform rules.
3. Boost
- Boost increases profile visibility for a limited time.
- Once a Boost is activated, it cannot be refunded.
4. Expiration & Loss
Diamonds do not expire while your account is active. If an account is terminated for a violation of our Terms or Community Guidelines, any remaining virtual goods may be forfeited.
5. Pricing & Taxes
Prices are shown in THB and may include applicable taxes. Currency conversion rates are determined by your card issuer or bank.
6. Refunds
Virtual goods are generally non-refundable once delivered. See the Refund Policy for the limited cases in which a refund may be granted.
