These Terms of Service govern your use of our social application, the Service. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. User Conduct
- No harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or illegal activity.
- No spam, scams, solicitation, or commercial promotion without consent.
- No scraping, automation, or reverse engineering of the Service.
4. Virtual Goods & Memberships
Diamonds, gifts, Boost packs, and subscription plans are virtual goods. Purchases are non-transferable and, except where required by law, non-refundable. See our Refund Policy and Virtual Goods Policy for details.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by our gateway partner Omise. Prices are shown in THB and may include applicable taxes. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, design, logos, and content provided by us are our property or licensed to us. You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a worldwide license to host and display it as needed to operate the Service.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand unless local law requires otherwise.
