Diamonds, gifts sent, and Boost packs that have been activated or consumed are non-refundable because they are delivered immediately upon purchase.
2. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically and are charged at the start of each billing cycle.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal.
- Already-paid periods are non-refundable.
3. Eligible Refund Cases
- Duplicate charges for the same order.
- Successful payment with no Diamonds or service delivered.
- Unauthorized transactions verified by our payment gateway.
- Cases required by applicable consumer protection law.
4. How To Request A Refund
Email thaiyooonline@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. Include your account email, order ID, amount, date, and payment method. We will respond within 5 business days.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method through Omise. Funds typically arrive within 5-14 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension. We encourage you to reach out so we can resolve the issue directly.
