Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made within the Service, including Diamonds top-ups, gifts, Boost packs, and subscription plans.

1. Virtual Goods Are Non-Refundable

Diamonds, gifts sent, and Boost packs that have been activated or consumed are non-refundable because they are delivered immediately upon purchase.

2. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically and are charged at the start of each billing cycle.
  • You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal.
  • Already-paid periods are non-refundable.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

  • Duplicate charges for the same order.
  • Successful payment with no Diamonds or service delivered.
  • Unauthorized transactions verified by our payment gateway.
  • Cases required by applicable consumer protection law.

4. How To Request A Refund

Email thaiyooonline@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. Include your account email, order ID, amount, date, and payment method. We will respond within 5 business days.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method through Omise. Funds typically arrive within 5-14 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension. We encourage you to reach out so we can resolve the issue directly.
